STRUCTURE FOR PREVENTING ABRASION OF RECIPROCATING COMPRESSOR

PURPOSE: A structure for preventing abrasion of a reciprocating compressor is provided to prevent abrasion of a frame or a spring supporting member contacting with resonant springs. CONSTITUTION: A spring unit is joined to both sides of a spring support(51) joined to a mover of a reciprocating motor and a spring to induce resonant movement of the mover and the piston, and comprises a front resonant spring(52) placed on a piston side, and a rear resonant spring placed on a reciprocating motor side. Spring mounting grooves(21a) and spring supporting protrusions(51a) are formed on an inside of a front frame(21), one side of a middle frame, and both of the sides of the spring support facing the front frame and the middle frame to allow both ends of the front resonant spring and the rear resonant spring to be inserted thereto. Surface reinforcing layers(100) are formed on insides of the spring mounting grooves and outsides of the spring supporting protrusions contacting with the front resonant spring and the rear resonant spring with Ni-P coating.
