PURPOSE: A height-adjusting damper device of a vehicle is provided to form an outer diameter of the height-adjusting damper up to the outer diameter of a usual damper by connecting an accumulator to a tip of a piston rod. CONSTITUTION: A tip portion(30) of a piston rod(11) is extended to be communicated with an outlet valve(7) formed to a tip of a pump tube(10). A longitudinal hollow portion(32) is formed inside the extended tip portion. A high pressure hose(27) protruded from an accumulator(20) is connected to the tip portion by a connector(40). Oil of a gas chamber(22) and oil of a high pressure chamber(24) in the accumulator are divided by a separator(26). Therefore, an outer diameter of a height-adjusting damper is formed up to the outer diameter of a usual damper by connecting the accumulator to the tip portion of the piston rod.
