PURPOSE: A system for transmitting an individual character E-mail and a method thereof are provided to manufacture and supply a character on demand adapted to a characteristic of each individual. CONSTITUTION: An advertising server(12) collects advertising files transmitted from a plurality of advertising companies(140) and outputs the advertising files properly. An operator inputs a control command to a data input unit(13). A browser creation unit(14) synthesizes many files related to an individual character supply service and creates a browser to be transmitted to a user terminal(120). A member database(15) stores information with respect to a corresponding member of the user terminal(120). An advertisement database(17) stores information with respect to each advertising company(140). A character database(19) stores data with respect to a large quantity of image about each portion of a person's face for manufacturing a character and images about a person's body. A character creation unit(16) refers to the character database(19) and creates a proper character corresponded to an inputted photograph of a user. A main control unit(18) manages an operator web server(110) generally and manages various kinds of data from the user terminal(120) and the advertising company(140).
