DRYING EQUIPMENT FOR MANUFACTURING SOLID FUEL USING VARIOUS REFUSES AND WASTES

PURPOSE: A drying equipment for manufacturing solid fuel using various refuses and wastes is provided to promptly dry an object to be dried and suppress generation of harmful materials during combustion of waste by simultaneously penetrating heating air and audible sound wave into the object to be dried injected into drying chamber. CONSTITUTION: The drying equipment for manufacturing solid fuel using various refuses and wastes comprises an agitation drying chamber(1) on upper and lower parts of which first and second hoppers(11,12) and discharge port(17) are respectively formed, on the upper surface of which a plurality of vent holes(16) are formed, in the lower part of which heating unit(103) is installed, and on the outer circumference of which heat circulation part(101) and heat reserving material(102) are sequentially formed, wherein a plurality of heat discharge ports(101') are formed on the upper part of the heat circulation part(101); a wire(14) wound around the outer circumference of the inner part of the agitation drying chamber(1) in a screw shape; a plurality of agitating members(13) positioned on the line of the wire(14) in such a way that the plurality of agitating members(13) are penetratingly installed on an integrally constructed rotation shaft; a hot air inflow path(18) formed inside the rotation shaft so that the hot air inflow path(18) is connected to the agitating members(13); a hot air generator(2) installed at the one side end of the rotation shaft; and a plurality of discharge holes formed on the outer circumference of the agitating members(13).
