PURPOSE: A safe guard wall device wherein a pulley and a belt are embedded is provided to prevent people from being fell by installing the safe guard wall to an end of a platform of a subway and to maximize the effectiveness of advertising in a limited space by mounting a billboard embedded with a fluorescent lamp under a ceiling of the upside of the safe guard wall. CONSTITUTION: A safe guard wall device embedded with a pulley(9) and a belt(11) is composed of an open-and-shut door(16) opened at both sides; two pairs of two driving pulleys and driven pulleys(9-a) mounted at the front and rear sides in a hollow space of the guard wall, centering on a motor(20) operating the opening and shutting of the door; a round bar-shaped shaft(11-b) fixed in the driven pulley at the rear, wherein a bearing(8) is inserted and the driven pulley is fitted in the bearing, combined to the three phase induction driving motor to combine with the driving pulley by a key; a spur gear(19) fitted between pulleys symmetrically fitted at the front and rear of the motor; a driven spur gear(19-a) engaged with the upside of the spur gear and fixed and combined with the round bar-shaped shaft that leans from the rear of the guard wall to the front thereof; the bearing fitted between the round bar-shaped shaft and the driven spur gear; and the power-transmitted driving pulley symmetrically fitted in the front and rear, wherein power transmitted from the driving motor opens and closes the opposite door at the same time.
