METHOD OF PREPARING MOLTEN SILICA FOR BIOPOLYMER ANALYSIS

PURPOSE: Provided is a method of preparing a molten silica for biopolymer analysis which silanizes the molten silica capillary tube using alkylamino silane as a coating material without further requiring the re-coating, and involves reduced processing time and cost. The molten silica capillary tube has a high biopolymer analyzing capacity and a high representation capacity. CONSTITUTION: A method of preparing a molten silica for biopolymer analysis comprises the steps of: cleaning a molten silica with distilled water and an alkali metal salt aqueous solution, and pre-treating it; and contacting an alkylamino silane solution to the pre-treated molten silica. The alkylamino silane is expressed by formula 1 where R1 to R5 being identical with or different from each other indicate hydrogen atom or alkyl groups with carbon numbers of 1-6.
