The tray, assembled manually from a single cut-out panel of a semi-rigid material like cardboard or corrugated cardboard, is made up to form a base (1), end (2) and side (3) walls, and internal corner reinforcements (5). Additional flaps (7) on the outside of the panel are folded to form raised corner pieces (11) on the outside of the ray's corners, designed to receive a second tray stacked on top of the first.
