PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-frequency circuit which is excellent in frequency characteristics and generates less 1/f noises. SOLUTION: The high-frequency circuit is composed of a low-noise amplifier, an NMOS mixer which converts high-frequency signals outputted from the low-noise amplifier to intermediate frequency signals, a polyphase filter which eliminates image signals, and a PMOS mixer which converts the intermediate frequency signals that have passed through the polyphase filter into base-band signals.
