<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing system facilitating differential management and limited disclosure of predetermined information. <P>SOLUTION: A system member of the information processing system 1 operates a terminal device 3 to connect to a server device 5 for connection to a new group formation site from a main site. A group name is registered for obtaining a group ID and a group password. On the basis of descriptions on a point system registration card obtained in a shop, the terminal device 3 is connected to a registration site server device 6, and then, necessary items are inputted for registration of the point card. In point registration, when a 'yorimichikun', which means a side trip, an icon is operated, shop information is transferred to the server device 5 to be inputted as information disclosed inside the group.
