<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an AM type OLED display device in which the dispersion of OLED element driving currents is sufficiently controlled. <P>SOLUTION: According to the present invention, when reading a data current into a pixel, the plurality of transistors are connected in parallel, and when letting a luminous element emit light, the plurality of transistors are connected in series. As a result, even if there is dispersion among the plurality of transistors constituting a driving element within a same pixel, its effect is suppressed to be low, therefore, the brightness of emission can be prevented from dispersing so much among pixels as it matters practically. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
