<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data transmission circuit and an image information display device capable of reducing variation in a signal line caused by variation of display pixel data, and decreasing power consumption, in the transmission of the display data to a display device such as an LCD. <P>SOLUTION: The data transmission circuit is provided with a difference extraction part for extracting the difference data constituted of changed bits by comparing the present pixel data constituted of a plurality of bits to be displayed on the display device with the immediately preceding pixel data, and a data change-over part for selectively outputting the present pixel data or the difference data recovered by the display device to the display device. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
