PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To insert a tab state terminal between a pair of elastic pinching pieces even if it is laterally inserted. SOLUTION: A pair of flexible and elastic pinching pieces 17, 17 to extend and exist along the direction into which the tab state terminal is inserted are installed. Pinching parts 25, 25 to pinch the tab state terminal 2 by respectively contacting with the surface of the tab state terminal 2 are respectively installed at opposed faces of these elastic pinching pieces 17, 17. The opposed faces of the elastic pinching piece 17 from the pinching part 25 to the tip part of the rear side in the insertion direction of the tab state terminal 2 are formed as guide faces 26 to guide so that they are made to be mutually separated as they go to this tip part, and the tab state terminal 2 is inserted between the pinching parts 25. Side parts with which the tab state terminal 2 of the guide faces 26 can contact are made to be slanted in the exterior surface side, and picking-up taper parts 28 are installed.
