PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To connect a device having a different address path width to an external bus without providing a new external circuit, and arbitrarily set an area accessible to a transmissive mode. SOLUTION: An address conversion part 21 is provided for having a based address register BAR and an address mask register AMR for setting respectively a starting address and an area for the transmissive mode accessible area. An address signal A <31:0> (address values) supplied from an external bus master is converted to address signals within a predetermined range from the starting point of the transmissive mode accessible area by using values of the base address register BAR and the address mask register AMR.
