METHOD OF PARENTAGE-TESTING JINDO DOG USING MICROSATELLITE MARKER

PURPOSE: Provided is a method of parentage-testing Jindo dogs using microsatellite markers which uses 16 microsatellites as genetic markers for determining the pure bloodline of the Jindo dog, and stably analyzes the genetic polymorphism, such as lineage and parentage, with 100% of precision and representation. CONSTITUTION: A method of parentage-testing Jindo dogs comprises the steps of: combining the individual DNA extracted from the cell, tissue or hair of the Jindo dog with the reference forward or backward microsatellite probes marked with a radioactive or fluorescent material; PCR-amplifying the combination; and analyzing the combinatory pattern between the DNA and the microsatellite marker by the radioactive or fluorescent material.
