PURPOSE: An automatic welding system for a pipe is provided to automatically perform a butt welding process with respect to hydraulic pipes by performing the butt welding process through horizontally rotating a torch. CONSTITUTION: An automatic welding system includes a body section, a welding section, a controller section, a utility unit, and an additional device. The body section has a clamp for centering and fixing workpieces according to sizes thereof, a driving section, a frame for vertically installing the workpieces, and a tool for setting the workpieces according to sizes thereof. The welding section has an inverter pulse type TIG welder installed in the body section, and a water-cooling type cooling device. The utility unit has a pneumatic pressure feeding device and a shielding gas feeding device.
