PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a sling for loading cargoes and the sling produced by the method are provided to prevent the damages of a ring unit caused by friction in loading or unloading cargoes by using a wire rope and use for a long time and to prevent accidents generated by hanging bodies or clothes of operators by preventing the wire rope of a combination part from being untied and came outward. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a sling(100) for loading cargoes is composed of steps of preparing a wire rope(10) of a constant length and first and second tubes(40,50) made from transparent thermoplastic resin; inserting the first and second tubes into the wire rope; forming a ring unit(20) to be located between the first and second tubes by bending a free end of the wire rope; forming a combination part by loosening element wires(21,22) of the wire rope at the ring unit and sewing the loosened element wires in the wire rope; cutting the element wires exposed out of the combination part of the wire rope with a grinder; and inserting and fix-combining the second tube into the combination part through thermal bonding.
