PURPOSE: A method for collecting customer information is provided to collect the customer information after verifying the information of a customer faced at the offline in real-time through the online. CONSTITUTION: An information collecting device receiving the basic information of the customer transmits the basic information to a server of a financial organization through the Internet network. The server judges whether the transaction with the customer is continued or not based on the basic information. The server sends a message for collecting the detail information of the customer to the information collecting device(S14). The information collecting device receives the detail information and transmits it to the server(S16,S18). The server stores the basic and the detail information of the customer in a database. The server transmits a document list obtained from the customer to the information collecting device. The information collecting device scans and transmits the document of the customer. The server stores the image information of the document in the database.
