PURPOSE: A multi v-cutting and line drawing apparatus is provided to increase efficiency of mass production by performing V-cutting and line drawing processes capable of simultaneously processing a plurality of cutting lines on iron plate or steel plate, and a producing method of iron plate and steel plate using the same is provided. CONSTITUTION: The cutting line processing multi V-cutting and line drawing apparatus(200) comprises a processing roller(210) installed in the upper part of a workpiece(20) to press the workpiece to a certain pressure; a processing roller height control part(220) engaged with both sides of the processing roller to control pressing strength of the workpiece by controlling height of the processing roller; a V-cutting and line drawing unit(230) which is installed in the lower part of the workpiece, and on which a sharp bite(231) is mounted; a sliding shaft on which a protrusion part is formed to move the V-cutting and line drawing unit side to side; a V-cutting and line drawing unit height control part for controlling line drawing depth and V-cutting depth by controlling elevation of the sliding shaft, thereby controlling elevation of the V-cutting and line drawing unit; and a support(270) for supporting the processing roller height control part and V-cutting and line drawing unit height control part and supporting the processing roller and V-cutting and line drawing unit at the same time with the processing roller height control part and V-cutting and line drawing unit height control part being rested on the support.
