PURPOSE: A battery charge control method and a battery charge control system are provided to achieve an in-advance prevention against an erroneous operation of battery charge caused due to noises. CONSTITUTION: A battery charge control method comprises a step(S10) of standing by for an initializing time; a step(S12) of detecting battery voltages at a predetermined time interval; a step(S14) of calculating a charge determination voltage through the modified variance; a step(S16) of comparing the calculated charge determination voltage with a reference charge voltage; a step(S18) of judging whether the charge determination voltage is higher than the reference charge voltage; a step(S20) of ignoring the charge determination voltage if the charge determination voltage is higher; a step(S22) of judging whether the battery is charged by using the detected battery voltage; a step(S24) of judging whether the battery charge operation is completed; and a step(S26) of ending the battery charge operation.
