<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical information recording medium whose substrate is prevented from deforming owing to the formation of a protection layer and which has good productivity and excellent mechanical characteristics, and a manufacturing method therefor. <P>SOLUTION: A single plate D2 is formed by stacking and forming an optical information recording layer 2 and a protection layer 3 of ultraviolet-ray setting resin on one surface 1a of a light-transmissive substrate 1 in order and also forming a protection layer 4 of ultraviolet-ray setting resin on a light incidence surface 1b being the other surface of the substrate 1, and the opposite surfaces of two plates D2 from light incidence surfaces 1b are bonded together. Since shrinkages of both the surfaces of the substrate 1 which accompany the setting of the protection layers 3 and 4 cancel each other, the optical information recording medium 10 which has good productivity and excellent mechanical characteristics while deformation of the substrate 1 is suppressed and the manufacturing method therefore can be provided. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
