<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for identifying and capturing metadata in a captured scene. <P>SOLUTION: The method comprises: the step of determining attributes in the scene which may be used for deriving the metadata about the scene; the step of reading the metadata of the captured scene from a digital representation of the captured scene after the capture of the scene by a user; and the step of uniquely processing the digital representation based on the discerned metadata. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
