<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a millimeter wave radio transmitting system, wherein a terminal station to be arranged in a mobile body is easily and inexpensively constituted with less power consumption, and, consequently, a whole system is made small at a low cost. <P>SOLUTION: An antenna 2 with directivity is arranged in a master station 1, and an antenna 13 without directivity is in a terminal station 12. The master station 1 video-records images within a prescribed range where an automobile 11 exists by a video camera 4, and controls antenna directivity 10 (i.e., the advancing direction of millimeter wave emitted from the antenna 2) based on the images.
