<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device, an image forming system and an image outputting service which are able to control an image output from the image forming device connected to a network, without having a dedicated server on the network, and ensure confidentiality of user's image data and cope with the user's prioritized printing output. <P>SOLUTION: The system has a storage means to store personal information or the like, connects the image forming device to execute individual attestation by a portable storage medium to the network, transmits information via the network and outputs the image from the image forming device on the network.
