PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anomalous-shape material excellent in mass-productivity, and its producing method, wherein the anomalous-shape material of high quality is efficiently produced. SOLUTION: In a continuous casting part (10), a cast material (S1) is continuously cast, and successively, this cast material (S1) is rolled and produced into the anomalous-shape material having non-continuous cross sectional surface, wherein the shape of a cross section perpendicular to the longitudinal direction in the rolling part (20), varies in the longitudinal direction.
