<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar-cell module, which can be manufactured at a rational manufacturing cost and by which the beauty of a roof surface is not damaged, and its mounting structure and mounting method. <P>SOLUTION: In the solar-cell module installed on the same surface together with tiles, peripheral members are mounted detachably on at least a part of a solar-cell module body in which the peripheral sections of a plurality of solar cells arrayed in a plate shape are surrounded by frame bodies.
