<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus capable of properly preventing a data access error during low battery. <P>SOLUTION: When writing data, for example, into a hard disk 63, a CPU 21 inquires the output voltage of a battery 74 to a power supply controller 71. When the output voltage is obtained, a battery dictionary a1 is then referred, and an operable time at the point based on the battery 74 is acquired. Also, at the same time, the CPU 21 computes the time required for the write (an access duration) from the data size of write data and HDD data transfer rate a2.
