PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ticket handling technology with a high degree of freedom in terms of a place and time for purchasing and receiving a ticket.

SOLUTION: Ticket information allocated to a user recorded in a portable terminal of the user is handled as the ticket issued to the user. This system is provided with a receiving means for receiving ticket application information through a radio communication network from the portable terminal of the user, a ticket managing means for selecting the ticket information allocated to the user on the basis of the received ticket application information, and a transmitting means for transmitting the selected ticket information through the radio communication network to the portable terminal of the user receiving the ticket application information.
