PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation device equipped having a traveling contact on an elastic member which is capable of preventing delamination of the contact. SOLUTION: A pair of electric conduction patterns 9a, 9b are formed on the surface of a substrate 2. A pressing member 3 is supported movably upward and downward by the elastic member 5 facing to the electrical conduction patterns 9a, 9b. A contact 8 is disposed in a space inside of the elastic member 5 facing the electric conduction patterns 9a, 9b. The elastic member 5 and the contact 8 are composed mainly of polydimethylsiloxane and coupled by a chemical covalent bond. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
