PURPOSE: Provided is an apparatus for automatic and continuous measuring and checking up of temperature, moisture and oxygen concentration effecting on fermentation of organic wastes unlike conventional one time and hand-operated apparatus, and for automatic controlling of air-blower and mixer. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus for automatic and continuous measuring and checking up the factors effecting on fermentation of organic wastes comprises the parts of: a rail(2) set on the upper side of the wall of a fermenting tank(1); a fermenter(3) on the rail; an escalator type mixer(4); a measuring module(6) containing a support frame(5) on the fermenter, a first and a second operating motor, and a sensor module composed of a moisture content sensor, a temperature sensor and an oxygen sensor; a data collector(7) converting data to signals; a wireless transmitter(8) and a controller(20).
