PURPOSE: A game program transmission system and method for mobile terminals is provided to give the variety of game selection to mobile terminal users by enabling the users to select various game programs and to previously execute them. CONSTITUTION: A game program transmission system for mobile terminals consists of a mobile terminal(20), a game unit(40), and a programming unit. The mobile terminal(20), connected to the game unit(40), downloads a game program from the game unit(40) and stores it. The game unit(40) displays a menu screen if the mobile terminal(20) is connected. When a demo program execution command for a specific game is selected through the menu screen by the user of the mobile terminal(20), the game unit(40) executes the demo program of the selected, specific game. The programming unit supports the updating of the game programs or statistical data recorded in the game unit(40). |
