METHOD AND DEVICE FOR REALIZING TOUCH PAD TYPED WIRELESS OPTICAL MOUSE OF COORDINATES CONVERSION METHOD

PURPOSE: A method and a device for realizing a touch pad typed wireless optical mouse of a coordinates conversion method are provided to have a function of a present mouse and a touch pad function to operate the mouse with a thumb while holding the mouse with one hand. CONSTITUTION: An image processing sensor(201) receives an image continuously received from the outside, judges a value according to the variance of a common part of black and white by comparing the image with the previously received image, and sends the value to a coordinates movement deciding module(205). The coordinates movement deciding module(205) distinguishes a present mouse use mode from a touch pad mode according to a signal from a coordinates conversion mode switch(206). The signals of a right and a left switch(202,203) are sent to a microcontroller(207) after being arranged by a button interrupt module(204). The microcontroller(207) arranges the signals and sends it to an infrared transmitter(210) through a data bus(208). The infrared transmitter(210) converts the data from the microcontroller(207) into an infrared signal and transmits it.
