METHOD OF EXTRACTING TUMOR MARKER PROTEIN SUBSTANCE FROM FECES

PURPOSE: Provided is a method of extracting tumor marker protein substances from feces which detects tumor marker proteins(cytokeratin, CEA and P53 protein) using epithelial cells and remnants thereof contained in the feces to early find the gastrointestinal tumors and treat them. CONSTITUTION: A method of extracting tumor marker protein substances from feces comprises the steps of: taking the feces of the relevant subject; putting 10-100mg of the feces into 1-10cc of a buffer solution, and mixing it; freezing the mixture in the temperature range of from -15 deg.C to -196 deg.C; defrosting the frozen mixture at ambient temperature such that the epithelial cells are broken; repeating the freezing and the defrosting two or three times; filtering the mixture; centrifuging the filtered mixture, and isolating the upper-leveled solution therefrom; and testing the isolated solution.
