PURPOSE: A method for fabricating an unaligned connection filter is provided to satisfy optical attenuation, reflection loss, light input intensity, light accuracy, wavelength dependency, polarization characteristics, external environmental characteristics and mechanical characteristics, and to improve mass-productivity and economical efficiency. CONSTITUTION: The first optical fiber(210) has the first clad(212) and the first core(214), and the second optical fiber(220) has the second clad(222) and the second core(224). The first optical fiber and the second optical fiber are connected by thermal fusion and are connected slopely by controlling the refraction direction of an unaligned core. The noise characteristics is improved by coating an index etching oil(240) to an unaligned fusion part(230) of the first optical fiber and the second optical fiber. And a groove is formed in the unaligned fusion part and a protection resin is inserted into the groove. And the unaligned fusion part is fixed by a cylindrical sleeve.
