PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly damping elastomer composition having rigidity of low temperature dependency. SOLUTION: The highly damping elastomer composition essentially comprises (A) a diblock component-containing thermoplastic elastomer and/or a diblock component-free thermoplastic elastomer and (B) an unvulcanized rubber.
