PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-frequency heating device capable of performing automatic cooking desired by a user. SOLUTION: Regarding a certain cooking menu, five kinds of heating sequences corresponding to the heating levels of strong, standard, weak, moreover, strong 2 and weak 2 which can be set as a standard heating level are memorized in a memory 30X. When 'storong' is set as the standard heating level, in the case of the heating cooking, if the strong key is pushed, the sequence of 'strong 2' is performed, if the weak key is pushed, the sequence of 'standard' is performed, if the start key is pushed without pushing the strong key or the weak key, the sequence of 'strong' is performed. When 'weak' is set as the standard heating level, in the case of heating cooking, if the strong key is pushed, the sequence of 'standard' is performed, and if the weak key is pushed, the sequence of 'weak 2' is performed, and if the start key is pushed without pushing the strong key or the weak key, the sequence of 'weak' is performed.
