PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve power performance of an engine and to reduce fuel consumption by stopping a cooling-fan even in an operating condition of an air- conditioner when a vehicle speed condition and an operating condition of the air-conditioner satisfy a fixed condition in a cooling-fan control device for the engine. SOLUTION: A control means is provided to perform stop control of an operation of a cooling fan when all of the following conditions are satisfied; a condition that a vehicle speed detected by a vehicle speed detection means in an operating condition of an air-conditioner is higher than a preset vehicle speed, a condition that an evaporator temperature detected by an evaporator temperature detection means is lower than a preset evaporator temperature, and a condition that a temperature of an engine cooling water detected by an engine water temperature detection means is lower than a preset engine water temperature.
