PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sleeper beam constituting the main body section of a floor structure installed on a floor slab at low cost, to improve the workability of the sleeper beam and to attain the saving of resources and a lightening in a building with a concrete skeleton having a regular-beam structure in which the floor slab is connected to the top faces of a girder and a beam. SOLUTION: In the floor structure Fr of the building in which a plurality of the sleeper beams 5 and floor boards 7 on the sleeper beams 5 through floor joists 6 are supported, parts in the longitudinal direction are composed of separate bodies by upper beam half bodies 5U and lower beam half bodies 5D in the sleeper beams 5, and these beam half bodies are fixed by bolts and nuts 14 and 15 so that vertical widths (heights) can be adjusted.
