PURPOSE: A device is provided to allow the residual condenser remaining after taping of the condenser to be rapidly taped to the other carrier tape. CONSTITUTION: A device comprises a first drum(22) for transferring a remnant carrier tape(20); a second drum(32) arranged in the vicinity of the first drum, and which rotates along with the first drum and transfers a new carrier tape(30); and a transfer drum(40) engaged with the first drum and the second drum, and which catches a condenser(10) existing in a groove(24) of the remnant carrier tape and inserts the condenser into a groove(34) of the new carrier tape engaged with the second drum in such a manner that the new carrier tape rotates along with the second drum. |
