PURPOSE: A LAN(Local Area Network) system using an MATV(Master Antenna TV) network is provided to offer an Internet service and a LAN additional service through the MATV network wired in a complex building. CONSTITUTION: A user terminal modem unit(190) is composed between a user terminal(170) and an MATV network(180), for forming a signal input/output interface. A dedicated line modem unit(210) forms an interface for inputting and outputting a signal between an Internet dedicated line(200) and the MATV network(180), and controls the input and output of an Internet upward signal, a LAN upward signal, an Internet downward signal, and a LAN downward signal. When providing a LAN additional service, the dedicated line modem unit(210) controls the user terminal modem unit(190). A signal noise processing unit(220) has an HPF(High Pass Filter) for removing a noise component inserted into the Internet downward signal and the LAN downward signal, and a BPF(Band Pass Filter) for removing a noise component inserted into the Internet upward signal and the LAN upward signal. The signal noise processing unit(220) has an amplifier for amplifying the levels of the Internet upward signal and the LAN upward signal, for recovering the levels of the Internet upward signal and the LAN upward signal, which are attenuated through the BPF, as original signal levels.
