PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a pilot signal for adjusting a signal cancellation loop from being outputted together with the output signal and to efficiently combine a desired signal. SOLUTION: This feed-forward amplifier is provided with two feed-forward amplifier circuits 34, 35 having the signal cancellation loop and a distortion cancellation loop, a pilot signal generator 38 that supplies the pilot signal for adjusting the signal cancellation loop, a first directivity coupler 33 in which an input signal and the pilot signal are inputted, that mutually mixes one signal with the other signal with phase difference of 90 degrees, and generates the input signals of the feed-forward amplifier circuits 34, 35, and a second directivity coupler 36 that mixes the output signals of the feed-forward amplifier circuits 34, 35 with the phase difference of 90 degrees and combines pilot signal components in a reverse phase.
