PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disc for analyzing samples capable of applying the mechanism and control means of a conventional optical disc device and reliably preventing the samples from scattering and leaking. SOLUTION: Center holes 18a and 19a of a second substrate 18 and a third substrate 19 except a first substrate 17 arranged closest to the base part of a motor as a disc rotating means among a plurality of laminated substrates are formed larger than the outer diameter of a disc-shaped clamper as a disc holding means. By this, it is possible for the clamper to fit in the center holes 18a and 19a, to sandwich the inner circumferential edge part of the first substrate 17 in-between with a turntable of the motor, and to reliably hold, rotate, and drive the disc 1 for analyzing the samples. By setting the inner diameter and thickness of the center hole 17a of the first substrate 17 similarly to those of a conventional optical disc, it is possible to achieve commonality of mechanisms such as a motor and a clamper used for a conventional optical disc device.
