PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of relatively easily estimating the compressive strength of concrete of a structure regardless of the state of the concrete surface. SOLUTION: A contact body 1 comprises both an internal chamber 2A open to the surface side of the concrete C at the center part of a contact main body 2 and connected to a forced decompression means and a close contact means 3 for bringing the contact main body 2 into close contact with the surface of the concrete C on the external side of the internal chamber 2A. The contact body 1 has a structure in which the internal chamber 2A becomes a closed space (I) when the contact main body 2 is brought into close contact with the surface of the concrete C by the close contact means 3. By bringing the contact body 1 into contact with the concrete surface of the structure, bringing the contact main body 2 into close contact with the concrete surface of the structure by the close contact means 3, and decompressing the inside of the internal chamber 2A by the decompression means, at least either the coefficient of infiltration of the concrete of the structure or the depth of infiltration is measured, and the compressive strength of the concrete of the structure is estimated from its measured value.
