PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the leakage of refrigerant from a clearance that may form in the sealed part of refrigerant piping under the influences of the vibration of a compressor 1, the vibration of a traveling automobile in traveling, and heat coming from an engine E. SOLUTION: In the refrigerating cycle device, in which functional parts 1 to 5 are interconnected by a plurality of refrigerant pipes, a solvent insoluble to the refrigerant is either mixed into the refrigerant or applied to the sealed part. Any clearance that may form in the sealed part under the influence of vibrations or heat is closed by the solvent mixed into the refrigerant or applied to the sealed part to prevent the leakage of the refrigerant from the sealed part.
