PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an underground heat exchanger obtaining heat and cold at large heating values by achieving a higher efficiency of collecting heat than with conventional polyethylene underground heat exchanger. SOLUTION: Straight pipes 1 of even number made from a material having a higher heat conductivity than polyethylene are connected together by curved pipes 2 and 3 to obtain a series of pipes, with the ends 6 and 7 of the pipes kept open.
