PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high performance gasket without inhibiting an electrical connection between two members in which a gasket is installed, but preventing an electromagnetic wave influence. SOLUTION: A conductive rubber elastic body 2 is used for the gasket 1. Since electromagnetic wave does not penetrate the conductive rubber elastic body 2, electromagnetic wave is directly prevented from leakage and penetration from the conductive rubber elastic body. At the same time, the conductive rubber elastic body 2 is intervened between a lid and a casing member of a casing so as to make it possible to conduct an electric connection between the lid and the casing member of the casing and indirectly prevent electromagnetic wave from leakage.
