PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To compensate the imbalance of a dynamic pressure between a thrust bearing without causing a malfunction owing to a press fitting in the dynamic pressure bearing of a full-fill structure. SOLUTION: In the dynamic bearing, a shaft 15 is comprised of a shaft body 45 and an annular thrust flange 46 integrally projecting from an outer periphery on one end in an axis direction outward in the radial direction. A first and second bearing parts 23 and 24 are formed of both thrust flange faces 47 and 48 of the thrust flange 46, respectively. A communication port 63 for communicating both thrust faces 47 and 48 of the thrust flange 46 is formed in the shaft 15. At first, the communication port 63 forms a recess part 61 at an end face center part 49 of the shaft body 45, and next a part of the recess part 61 is opened at the side face of the axis direction shaft body of the thrust flange 46 by cutting a border of an end side outer periphery of the shaft body 45 and the axis line direction shaft body side face of the thrust flange 46.
