PURPOSE: Provided is an apparatus for humidifying fuel/air in a fuel cell system, which can prevent an electrolyte membrane from drying and improve the performance of a fuel cell stack part. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus for humidifying fuel/air in the fuel cell system comprises: the fuel cell stack part(10) comprising a fuel electrode(11) attached to an air electrode(12), wherein the electrolyte membrane is placed between the fuel electrode(11) and the air electrode(12): a fuel supply part(20) supplying fuel gas, which is placed on one side of the fuel cell stack part(10); an air supply part(30) supplying oxygen, which is placed on the other side of the fuel cell stack(10); a fuel/air humidifying part(40) comprising a fuel humidifying part(41) and an air humidifying part(45); a humidifying-water supply part(50) supplying humidifying-water to the fuel/air humidifying part(40); a humidifying-water purifying part(60); an air purifying part(70); a control part(80) controlling whether to supply the humidifying-water of the humidifying-water supply part(50) to the fuel/air humidifying part(40) and whether to drive the fuel/air humidifying part(40).
