摘要 PURPOSE: An arrayed optical device having a high pumping efficiency is provided to improve the optical pumping efficiency by placing a lot of gain medium structures within a beam spot of a pumping light source and increasing the number of the pumping light source. CONSTITUTION: A cladding layer(110) is formed on a substrate(100) so as to have plural concave and convex units, which are comprised of furrows and floors. A plurality of linear gain medium structures(120c,120e,120d) are respectively formed on surfaces of the plural concave units and convex units of the cladding layer(110) or separated from the surfaces thereof at predetermined intervals. A pumping light source(150) is placed on an upper portion of the cladding layer(110) and pumps the plurality of linear gain medium structures(120c,120e,120d) in the upper portion thereof.
