<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a back cover structure for a control panel that does not require mounting or detachment of a back cover in closing and opening the back face of a control panel, that is satisfactory in workability, and that is superior in hermeticity when closed. <P>SOLUTION: This structure is provided with a pair of holding guide members 6 consisting of channels each mounted on each side of the back face of the control panel 1a with their openings facing each other; a flexible sheet 5 whose end parts of both sides are held by the holding guide members 6 and moves along the members 6; a winder 4 arranged at the upper part of the control panel 1a and winds the flexible sheet 5; and a reinforcing and fixing member 7 mounted at the lower end part of the flexible sheet 5. When this flexible sheet 5 is pulled down and tightened with fixing screws 73 provided on the reinforcing and fixing member 7, the back face 12 of the control panel 1a goes to closed state.
