<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a debug function-incorporated microcomputer that enables more accurate tracing in real time by limiting output only to necessary information and preventing truncation of the necessary information, when tracing information on an internal bus via an output signal line smaller in bit width than the internal bus. <P>SOLUTION: The debug function-incorporated microcomputer has registers 23-1 to 23-6 for temporarily storing bus information prepared for each bus as a target of bus tracing, a register writing condition determining circuit 21 for controlling temporary storage of bus information in the registers 23-1 to 23-6 according to a tracing condition stored in a setting register 34, and a multiplexer 31 for selecting and outputting bus information temporarily stored in the registers 23-1 to 23-6. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
